Welcome to the JAWS website!

Jaws is the only student waterpolo team in Amsterdam. Both sexes are very welcome! Our trainings take place every Wednesday (Sportfondsenbad Oost) and Thursday (Floraparkbad).
There’re many opportunities inside our club. Beginners and advanced waterpolo players will find their way in different teams and trainings.
Jaws currently play NCS and KNZB (Royal Dutch Swimming Association) competition. NCS is especially for students. KNZB teams are more fanatical and have games about three times a month. Beside waterpolo, there a lot of other activities like sailing, gala, tournaments and lots of parties. Every Wednesday there’s a drop in a café close to the swimming pool.

Trainings:
Wednesday: Sportfondsenbad Oost, Fronemanstraat 3
21.00-22.00: Ladies 1, NCS players and Beginners
22.00-23.00: Men 1 and Men 2

Thursday: Floraparkbad (50 meters pool), Sneeuwbalweg 5
21.30-22.30: Ladies 1, NCS players and Beginners
21:30-22:30: Men 1 and Men 2

Summer trainings (from 8juli till the end of august)
Thursday: Mirandabad, De Mirandalaan 9
21:00-22:00: everyone.
Joining trainings in summer costs 2,50euro a training.
